How do you spot and report a farmer/power leveling bot?

If someone is actually polite enough to say hi, I'll at least say hi
back, though I may not pursue a conversation. Sometimes, this is a good
thing.

The other day, I was running with my then 16 Hunter through Westfall,
when another night elf on a mount came alongside me. I was looking for
the Defias Messenger, so I wasn't paying close attention, and she rode
off in a moment. Then I noticed she'd said "Hey, wait up." I stopped
and said "Sorry, didn't see the tell. What's up?"

She rode up again, opened a trade window, and dropped 3 pieces of the
Blackened Defias armour set on me, and rode off.

So just when I'm ready to write off everyone else on the game as oxygen
theives, someone comes along to reaffirm my faith in humanity.

People suspected that I was a bot when I camped that same location for
several levels. I did however respond to whispers in a semi-intelligent
manner so I don't think I was reported.
