Didn't think you needed to be exhaulted with a rep anymore to get their
mount? Just somethinga guildie said. "Oh look I am not exhaulted with

Actually I think it's 540g + 90g (with Honored discount).
What I currently fear is that I people will not be going to old
instances, so there can be problem with the questline for epic horse
(paladin for me). Warlock/Paladin mounts are just way to good looking
(compared to ordinary ones) to miss them...

I am too working for gold for my dreadsteed. Actually I am thinking
maybe it is easier to just buy an ordinary mount, since I can skip all
the work and maybe spend 100g more. Money should be fairly easy to
come by with TBC.
That is unless you really wan't those flaming legs and pay mana to
mount up. Me I really do not care, it is like one of those vanity
pets you can buy for hundreds of gold or grind for.

You do, unless you get the PVP mount.

Well I really put spirit at the lower end of wanted stats, I am more
into int, damage, crit and stamina, I am draintanking almost
everything. Besides it is nice to be able to tap loads of mana if you

You must really like mounts and handing in cloth. I assume that is how
you are getting rep.

Overall, it's actually cheaper to get a normal epic mount, because
most of the expense (the 540G) is to get riding skill 150, and
you'll need to get that anyway for flying mounts. I'm now
finally at the final quest, but if I can get a warlock to bring
the items, I can save 200G instead of buying the same items from
the goblin.
Burning Steppes is really deserted. I handed in the last of
the quest items on two occasions, and both times there were
only 3 or 4 high level players in the Steppes, and Volchan
was walking around. I killed him both times.

Don't you automatically get 150 riding skill from finishing the warlock
epic quest?
