Since they log everything, if a character is sending large amounts of

Since they're likely sending out multiple invites at once I don't
think this really slows them down. Join them and report them.

If you join their group, right-clicking the name tag on their spam
text will display a "Report Spam" option. Quick and painless and I
would think far more irritating to the spammers to have their
chars/accounts continously closed down. I rarely get invited by the
same character even in the same day.

I was leveling through there probably around that same time. I've got
a lot of alts so big pauses in their development is par for the
course.
