Depends on your class, my hunter soloed Stockades at 32 (did the lower lvl
wing at 30), low enough that the mobs and quests still gave exp
Deadmines should be doable at 40 for a dps class; my rogue did Wailing
Caverns at 40 anyway, although I never tried Deadmines that low, it
shouldn't be much problem anyway. From all I've heard the graveyard wing of
SM is soloable at 40, although again that probably depends on your class.
