NEED ADVICE/HELP

Problem: Ive been working a long quest chain in Nag. The quest I just
completed was called "Auchindown..." Simple quest, go to Crypts, kill
boss. After I killed boss, the NPC "DOre" apperaed inside the
instance in the room where we killed the boss. It had the yellow ?
over it so I turned in and completed "Auchindown..." It was removed
from my log.

I then accepted the next quest in the chain from "D'Ore" called "What
the Soul Sees". To do this quest you need this item called "Soul
Mirror". D'ore did not give me the mirror and I could not find one in
the room where we had just killed boss. (According to thott, soul
mirrors are inside Crypts) Not knowing what to do I exited instance.

So now I cant complete "What the Soul Sees" becuase I dont have this
"soul mirror". Blizz keeps telling me to re-do "Auchindown..." But
they seem to miss the point that I completed the quest and therefore
cannot abandon it and re-accept.

Has anyone had this problem?

How am I going to get a "soul mirror" without be able to re-do the
"Auchindown..." quest?

Can I just go back to Crypts and get a "Soul mirror" without having
the quest?

I have this awful feeling that Im totall screwed and that the only way
Ill be able to get it is my going with someone who has "Auchindown..."
and hopefully the mirror shows up and I can interact with it. But
those seem like very wishfull thinking....

Thanks. Do you happen to know where these mirrors are in Crypts? I
dont recall seeing them during the run.

The reason I was concerned about "Auchindown..." being important was
because I thought maybe the D'Ore NPC made the mirror appear or gave
it to me. Therefore, the only way to make D'Ore appear again would be
to have the "Auch.." quest.
